It’s time.
Evil is running rampant and sweet Anna Whitt is its target. Nobody knows when or how the Dukes will strike, but Anna and her Nephilim allies will do anything necessary to rid the earth of the demons and their oppressive ways.

The stakes are higher than ever, and Anna is determined that the love she feels will be her strength, not a liability. But trying to protect the ones she loves while running for her life and battling demonic forces proves to be perilous—especially as faces are changing and trust is fleeting. When the Duke of Lust sends Anna’s great love, Kaidan Rowe, to work against her, Anna must decide how much she’s prepared to risk.

In the most sensual and fast-paced installment yet, Sweet Reckoning brings all the beloved Neph together one last time to fight for their freedom.

Ah, the finale of the beloved (well to me) trilogy. I have read a limited amount of YA novels that deal with the supernatural creatures fallen angels which would be one of my favorite supernatural creatures. I've read the Hush, Hush Saga and Unearthly (don't count TMI as fallen angel, more nephilim based). I have to say The Sweet Trilogy is probably my favorite fallen angel series. I especially enjoyed the first novel which made me fall in love with it. The second novel was still good, but not as good as the first novel.

Now the third one which wasn't as good as the first one honestly, but better than the second one. But geez, a lot happens in this novel. Okay, so I need to take a deep breath to collect my thoughts because I have a lot to say for this novel.

Overall, I will admit that I think that this novel was a good finale for the whole series, a great way to wrap-up a series because trust me, there has been series with horrible endings which are probably just absolutely devastating because we, readers deserve good closure. But this book was action-packed, practically answering all questions. This book was filled with a good amount of action and suspense with of course, romance, in fact lots of romance and surprisingly, some sorrow as well.

Most of the characters were likable such as Anna, the main character who I could find a bit annoying, but overall fine. Kaidan was an okay character for me in this book, usually, I would like him, but his character was kind of too much, but he did have his good moments. And the rest of the characters were likable. I feel like a lot of these characters had their good and bad moments.

Compare to the other books, this book was pretty somewhat intense. There was a lot of suspense and some action. I would say that that the second part of the novel was the intense part. There was some killing and weapons being used, but not going to say anymore than that. I do think there was some form a predictable ending, but it was a good ending that would please honestly, everyone.

I would recommend this to anyone who are interested in paranormal fiction or paranormal romance.
